    Partner with AI Gothenburg

The people redesigning your industry are here.

The founders building in AI Gothenburg are building real companies — and many of them are working on problems that sit at the heart of established industries.

The hardest problems in your business are exactly what they want to work on. Founders need real customers, real data and real operational complexity to build something that works. Your domain expertise is their raw material — and their speed is your early warning system.

That exchange happens through concrete mechanisms. In Challenge Sprints, partners submit a defined problem and a focused founder team works on it — time-boxed, voluntary, real output. In Founder Office Hours, active founders share what they are building and what they are learning, on their own terms. The access is direct and unfiltered — not packaged into a quarterly innovation report.

In most organizations, the people who truly understand what AI means for the business are outnumbered. They are often alone in their conviction. The hub gives them a room full of people working at the same frontier — and a firsthand view of what is actually being built, not filtered through articles or podcasts. That is the context they bring back to the rest of the organization.

You can also place your internal innovators directly in the environment — working alongside founders, not in a corporate sandbox.

AI Gothenburg is where that connection happens. Naturally, on equal terms, and without the overhead of a formal innovation program.

This is not a sponsorship. It is a working relationship.

    Structure and governance

    How partnership works

AI Gothenburg is designed as neutral ecosystem infrastructure.

The hub operates founder-first and independent from any single partner. The association structure ensures that governance follows the statutes and that the hub remains open, transparent and long-term sustainable.

Membership in the association and partner participation are separate, but many partners also choose to become members.

    How partner contributions are used

Partner contributions support the shared infrastructure of the hub, including:

    • Workspace and facilities
    • The founder environment
    • Events and ecosystem activities
    • Collaboration with industry, academia and public actors
    • International partnerships
    • Development of the regional AI ecosystem

Partners get a clear return: proximity to the region's most active AI founders, structured access to the founder pipeline, and first-mover visibility into deal flow.

The association structure ensures neutrality, no single partner can steer admission decisions or shape the builder community in their own interest.

The goal is to build long-term capacity for AI entrepreneurship in Gothenburg, and partners are the ones who make that possible.
